About the Position

We are looking for a student to work in reception/backoffice together with our partner. This is a consulting assignment with an immediate start for approximately 2.5 months. You will work 50% and the working hours will be flexible based on your school schedule. The role involves welcoming visitors, managing keys and access cards, and supporting other administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who sees this as an opportunity to enter an exciting company and work extra alongside their studies.

There may also be a possibility for a potential summer job.

We are looking for someone who

• Is currently studying at a college or university
• Has administrative experience, which is a plus
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Can start immediately and work 50% until mid-June

To fit the role, you are an ambitious person with an administrative flair. You are service-minded and proactive, eager to help others around you. If you have previous experience in service, such as reception, phone, or retail, you have a good chance of succeeding in this consulting assignment. About the Recruitment Process and Employment

This is an assignment for approximately 2.5 months where you will be a consultant through us at OIO. Please attach both your CV and a cover letter with your application.
