HR Strategist for Tranemo and Svenljunga Municipalities
Do you have several years of experience in both strategic and operational HR issues? Do you also enjoy statistics and numbers? Then you might be the one we are looking for!
Tranemo and Svenljunga municipalities have a joint HR function consisting of an HR manager, HR strategists, payroll consultants, payroll administrators, and system managers. Tranemo is the host municipality.
Working for two municipalities is both fun and exciting as it provides opportunities for exchange on various issues. It also presents a challenge as each municipality is unique, both in terms of political governance and as an employer. In total, we support over 100 managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of HR strategist, you will work both operationally and strategically. With us, you will work closely with a department/section in both municipalities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Operational HR work, including handling labor law issues, work environment issues, rehabilitation, and recruitment within a department/section
- Strategic HR work, including the development and implementation of HR-related strategies and processes. You will develop the work with and produce statistical data and analyses to support the organization's decision-making, including personnel reporting and monthly follow-ups on, for example, sick leave, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
- has a bachelor's degree in human resources and labor relations or another equivalent education deemed suitable by the employer.
- has several years of experience in broad HR work, preferably from municipal operations.
- has good knowledge of labor law, work environment, and other HR-related areas.
- has experience in producing statistical data and analyses.
It is an advantage if you have previously worked with Personec output.
You focus on finding solutions and work to create and maintain good relationships with managers, union representatives, and other professionals within the organization.
You can independently plan and perform your tasks and are confident in your professional role. You are used to driving development and change processes, have a strategic mindset, and are curious about new working methods and approaches.
As a person, you are trustworthy and have the ability to see the whole picture, where you can clearly and pedagogically explain complex contexts within the HR field. You express yourself well in speech and writing and have a good ability to adapt communication based on the audience. You are comfortable speaking in front of a larger group.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A B driver's license is a requirement.
