About the Role As the Chief Financial Officer at TEQT's Economic Center West, you will work in a broad role focusing on closing accounts, reporting, analysis, and follow-up. You will ensure efficient processes, analyze results, and set goals for management and planning. Furthermore, you will be heavily involved in project follow-up and cost control. Currently, there are two economic centers within TEQT, one in Uppsala and one in Norway. Each center encompasses several subsidiaries consisting of contractors in roofing, coatings, and solar panels. The companies' projects include everything from renovation, new construction, service, and infrastructure projects. In addition to your daily contact with the respective company management, you will also serve as a sounding board for your contractor colleagues in the field, your finance colleagues in the various economic centers, and our CFO Rebecca Ericsson Birk.

Your main responsibilities:

• Monthly and annual closing of accounts
• Monitor and analyze results
• Project follow-up, progressive profit recognition, and cost control
• Personnel responsibility for employees in finance and payroll
• Develop and implement financial strategies for profitable and sustainable growth
• Budgeting, forecasting, and reporting together with country manager and subsidiary managers
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and applicable legislation
• System responsibility and process development
• Contact with auditors
