This is us

At the development and administration unit, we work broadly across the entire municipal group and the political organization. As the name suggests, we work with development and administration, and our tasks include diary management, archives, information/communication, investigations, committee administration, business, and public health issues. The fact that our unit consists of different professional roles gives us a breadth of competence, and as an employee with us, you will gain insight into many different areas.

This is your job

As a municipal secretary, you play an important role in the political process. You assist with qualified secretarial work in the form of case preparation, drafting of notices and minutes. The role also includes investigative work and election work in the years elections are held. You provide legal support to case handlers and managers in the municipality and also participate in the work of developing committee administration. The position also includes being responsible for the municipality's diaries, the register of elected officials, and handling their fees.

This is what we are looking for in you

You need to be development-oriented and good at analyzing and communicating, both verbally and in writing. You should also be a good organizer and service-oriented. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

You should have a relevant university education, for example in law, public administration, political science, or equivalent.

You should have experience from similar work.

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of the Social Services Act.

A Class B driver's license is a requirement.

Permanent, probationary employment may be applied.
