About the position

This position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is conducted through Bravura and you will be employed directly by MMK Automotive.

About the company

MMK Automotive AB is a privately owned company based in Rydboholm outside Borås. They work with injection molding and thermoforming of polymer products – about half for the automotive industry according to IATF requirements and the rest as contract manufacturing according to ISO 9001. Among their clients are well-known names like Volvo. The company combines technical expertise with stable, reliable processes and has a clear ambition to excel in polymers and deliver quality every time.

They are now looking for a person who wants to take responsibility for coordinating and developing the work with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16969, and eventually other standards within food safety. There is a structure in place with room to shape working methods, create routines, and follow up on what really matters. The role suits you who likes order, is driven by improvements, and wants to contribute to making processes even safer and more efficient.

Responsibilities

As a coordinator for quality and environment, you play a central role in maintaining and developing the company's processes in these areas. You are responsible for ensuring that legal requirements, customer requirements, complaints, and audits are handled in a structured manner – that quality and environmental work not only continues but moves forward. You collaborate closely with production and other functions to ensure that quality and environmental thinking permeates all parts of the business. When new products are introduced, you are involved in test runs, measurements, documentation, conducting risk analyses, and ensuring that both internal and external parties receive the correct information. The role also includes managing purchases, assessing new suppliers, and receiving customer submissions. You also ensure that internal deviations are handled and that mistakes lead to improvements in the business. This is a role for you who likes to make things happen, sees the big picture but does not miss the details, and wants to be part of building long-term structures.

  • Works broadly with responsibility for quality and environmental processes
  • Handles legal requirements, customer requirements, complaints, and audits, ensuring that the annual cycle for quality and environment is followed and developed
  • Collaborates with various functions to ensure that quality and environmental thinking permeates the business
  • Participates in test runs, measures and documents when new products are introduced, conducts risk analyses, and communicates with production
  • Ensures that internal deviations are handled and that lessons learned are turned into improvements
  • Supports other processes in daily operations

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Experience working with ISO 14001 and ISO 9001
  • Experience with IATF 16969 and food safety standards is an advantage
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

We believe that you who apply for the position are a person who is meticulous and well aware of what is required of you in your tasks. You have the ability to create and maintain structure in your work and can prioritize the right things, which allows you to adjust your daily planning based on incoming matters or questions that arise. Furthermore, you take responsibility for your tasks and can drive your work forward while asking for help when needed.
