About the position:
The position is full-time, and you will handle incoming calls where you analyze problems and solve customer inquiries quickly, engagingly, and pedagogically.
Previous experience with various types of software is a plus, as well as enjoying multitasking.

You will work at our office in Gothenburg.
Opening hours:
Monday-Friday: 08:00-20:00
Saturday-Sunday: 9:30 - 18:00
We are looking for someone who:
- Has graduated from high school with passing grades in all core subjects
- Takes service seriously, loves interacting with people via phone and email, and wants to make someone else's day a little easier!
- Has good computer skills
- Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
