About the Position

We are looking for an engaged Service Advisor for our client in Gothenburg, an authorized dealer of Volkswagen. In this role, you will work at the forefront of relationships and service, ensuring that our customers' needs are met with the highest quality. You will be part of a dynamic team striving to deliver a world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities as a Service Advisor

• Provide professional advice and guidance to customers regarding car service and repairs.
• Manage bookings and plan service visits efficiently.
• Act as a link between the customer and the workshop to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Update customers on the status and expected delivery time of vehicles.

Your Profile:

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and has a background in customer service or advisory roles, preferably within the automotive sector. You are communicative and enjoy working in an environment where customer satisfaction is a priority.

• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Good ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
• Customer-centered with a solution-oriented approach.
• System knowledge in Elsa & Automaster is a requirement.
• Valid driver's license (B) is required.
