The Opportunity:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working in effective teams and wants to grow through complex digital transformations at our offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö. You have previous experience working as a management consultant, in project roles, or in positions related to tech and digital transformations.

As a person, you are ambitious, goal-oriented, and engaged in the technology of the future. You thrive in enthusiastic teams but can also work independently. You have strong analytical skills and solve problems in a structured way.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver transformations together with clients through all phases, from strategy to implementation and change management within the area of Technology Strategy Transformation.
• Learn about new technologies, system support, and project management methodologies.
• Share knowledge and inspire others in the role of management consultant.
• Support internally with business development and sales activities.

We are looking for someone with experience in:

• Working as a management consultant or equivalent.
• Project or program management.
• Relevant project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Change management.

Qualifications for the position:

• University degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field. A Master's or equivalent degree is a plus.
• 2-6 years of relevant work experience after graduation.
• Fluent communication in Swedish and English.
