We are looking for an engaged and experienced HR Business Partner for Hercules as our current HR BP is leaving for a new role within our business area. We are looking for someone who wants to be a business-oriented HR support and enjoys driving improvement work. We believe in close collaboration with the line organization and that you are a natural partner to the business managers and part of the unit's management team.
About Hercules
Hercules is a foundation company within the NCC group with approximately 200 employees. Thanks to effective and well-proven methods, we can perform foundation work in the most complex ground conditions, primarily using various types of piling and support structures. As one of the leading foundation companies in the Nordic region and a wholly-owned subsidiary of NCC, we have the privilege of helping our customers lay the foundation for the buildings and facilities of the future. We operate throughout Sweden and are organized into 3 regions. Additionally, we have a specialist unit with expertise in geotechnics and geoconstruction, as well as two piling factories.
The Role of HR Business Partner
As an HR Business Partner, you are responsible for HR support to the business while also working to develop various areas that are strategically important for the organization. You will work operationally in areas such as career and development planning, recruitment, restructuring, salary issues, rehabilitation, and labor law/negotiations. In this role, you will work with both employees and professionals.
In addition, you will be responsible for driving more long-term HR issues and improvement work
within the unit. You will also have the opportunity to participate in joint development projects within NCC. You will work closely and supportively with our leaders and managers in both daily and long-term issues regarding profitability, growth, and employees. We have a strong and genuine focus on retaining and developing our employees, and you are expected to take an active role in this.
You will drive and implement HR issues according to NCC's guidelines and policies, which are based on legislation as well as the strategic objectives of the business area and department.
You will report to the division's HR manager and have close collaboration with your colleagues within the department. You will also be part of a network with HR BP colleagues, both within the division and the Nordic business area. You support each other and share your knowledge. Within NCC, we also have common resources and HR specialists in Recruitment, Employer Branding, Competence Development, Work Environment, Labor Law, and Compensation & Benefits.
Your Profile
Currently, you work in the HR field and have several years of experience in qualified and broad HR work and are confident in your professional role. You have a university degree focused on personnel and labor issues, or another university education with equivalent experience. We prefer that you have worked with both employees and professionals. If you also have experience from the industrial or construction industry, it would be an advantage for both you and us.
You are attentive and have a professional approach. You have experience and are confident in meeting managers and employees in various personnel-related situations as you support, challenge, and provide solutions.
You are used to working independently but want to belong to a team, and have the ability to prioritize, drive, and complete tasks systematically. In the management group, you are expected to take an active role, which means showing interest in the needs and conditions of the entire organization and its employees. Negotiation experience and experience with contractual issues are advantageous, as is experience in change management. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and are good at communicating.
