Job Responsibilities

As a receptionist with us, you will have the opportunity to work in some of our clients' modern and reputable offices in the heart of Gothenburg. You will be part of an energetic and varied work environment where each day brings new meetings and tasks. This is a fantastic chance for you who want to build valuable experience, network, and develop in a professional role. The work includes traditional receptionist tasks such as welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, mail management, purchasing office supplies, and coordinating conferences. Our shifts are scheduled during office hours, Monday to Friday, and we would like you to be available at least 2-3 days a week.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is cheerful, service-oriented, and has a natural ability to communicate with others. Experience in service occupations, reception, or switchboard is a plus, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and are ready to learn. You should be comfortable working both independently and in a team, have good language skills in Swedish and English, and be skilled at handling various data systems. We value responsibility, solution-oriented thinking, and a professional approach to customer service.
