About the job

At the Office Unit, you will work as a service officer with a varied job that includes many different tasks performed both independently and in teams. The main responsibility is to ensure and practically carry out ongoing service and coordinate the overall operation of the office.

You will be responsible for operational service, which means meeting employees at the office in their daily work and assisting in various situations such as creating access cards, handling orders, and providing workplace service. Workplace service includes managing fault reports, providing local technical support, handling company cars and goods, and communicating with the operations at the office, etc. The job also includes the internal management of our office premises. Management includes, among other things, maintenance of the physical work environment and safety issues. Collaboration with internal safety organizations, property owners, and suppliers is common. We are on a continuous development journey and actively work to develop our organization, service level, and the use of our premises. With your service-oriented approach and ability to deliver quality, you will meet the various needs of our internal and external customers, big and small. You have an eye for detail, take initiative, feel responsible for your tasks and the organization, and have the ability to learn to use new technology as it evolves.

You will be placed in section 5, Office Unit, Administrative Department. The work location is Skövde where there are 2 positions, and the job also includes the office in Mariestad, which we visit about once a week. There are a total of 11 colleagues in the section. The job requires you to work physically on-site at the offices. For us, it is a given that you should have a balance between work and leisure.

About you

In this job, you should:

You should also have:

• a completed high school education with passing grades
• current and relevant work experience (between 2022 - 2025) in similar service tasks within the public sector
• good system knowledge
• a B driver's license

Experience in management, safety, fire protection, and work environment is desirable.

The employment is a temporary position, starting from 2025-05-12 or 2025-05-19 until 2026-05-31.

Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security screening with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
