JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a coordinator with us, you will have a fun and meaningful job with great responsibility. Your mission is to relieve both the unit manager and their various groups with administrative support. In consultation with the unit manager, you will plan and organize the daily workflow in the operations. Your main task is to guide the staff, plan, and ensure quality. Our working method is characterized by a salutogenic approach, which means providing personal support based on individual needs and conditions.

Collaboration is important, and you will be the spider in the web of the operations by managing contacts with staff, residents, relatives, and various professionals in the municipality.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with at least two years of post-secondary education. To succeed in the role, you need to have knowledge of the core mission of the operations and a deep understanding of how public operations are conducted.

You need to have extensive experience working with the target group and a deeper understanding of dependency issues along with comorbidity. If you have leadership experience and/or experience with similar tasks, we consider this an advantage.

You are a practical person who easily finds solutions to challenges. You have an easy time creating new contacts, as the position requires high levels of responsiveness, empathy, and collaboration skills. You are, of course, organized, self-driven, and a natural role model for your colleagues. You are flexible, have good oversight ability, and find it easy to structure, plan, and follow up on the operations' work.
