Job Description
Randstad is now looking for a service-oriented, meticulous, and responsible receptionist for our client in Borås to staff their reception during the summer. This position is a perfect opportunity for you who want an exciting summer job. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, from week 23 to week 32, with a workload of 50%. Your responsibilities will include staffing the reception, greeting and welcoming visitors, handling key distribution and returns, managing mail, and performing various administrative tasks.
We are looking for someone who is service-oriented with a positive attitude, meticulous and responsible, and has good administrative skills. Experience in reception work and/or an economic background or studies in economics is an advantage. After the summer, there is a possibility for continued part-time work in the reception if needed, which requires you to have at least 50% employment alongside, such as studies or another job.
