About the Position

Your main tasks as a community guide will be to guide and provide service to citizens in the form of information, advice, and guidance, primarily through visits and phone calls to the Contact Center (the municipality's main number 0502-60 60 00). Employees at the municipality's Contact Center work based on a knowledge base to easily answer incoming questions, and the municipality's website and intranet also provide significant support for both external and internal service.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is interested in helping people in various ways within the municipality. You enjoy solving problems that require precision and attention to detail. You are comfortable meeting people and are skilled at expressing yourself both verbally and in writing. You understand the importance of being attentive to both your colleagues and the municipality's citizens and want to be part of improving municipal service both internally and externally.

As a person, you are quick to learn new things and have good computer skills that allow you to navigate different systems and websites with ease. A strong plus is if you have insight into the municipality's organization.

• You must be at least 18 years old
• Requirement to communicate in Swedish both verbally and in writing
• Requirement for a B driver's license

Great emphasis will be placed on personal competencies.

The temporary position applies to weeks 28, 31, 32, and 33 with a scope of 100%. Training will be scheduled by agreement before these weeks. After the employment period, there may be an opportunity for continued temporary employment.
