Job Description Do you want to be part of a development journey at one of the larger insurance companies while delivering world-class service? Here you have the chance to belong to a team that works to assist corporate clients, advisors, and brokers with questions regarding various types of insurance arrangements. As an insurance administrator, you are responsible for providing service and creating added value for our customers. We do this via phone, email, chat, administration, and investigation. Having satisfied customers is a given for us, and you will be an important part of this work.

The start date for the position is immediate.

Qualifications and Attributes As a person, you are communicative, self-driven, motivated, and solution-oriented. You enjoy working with advisory and customer contact via phone combined with administration and analyzing each individual case. You are results-oriented and thrive when working towards clear goals. It is important that you place great value on working in a structured manner and seeing the whole picture in each customer conversation. Previous experience in the insurance industry or as a customer service representative is an advantage. You have good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in your daily work.
