Talent Acquisition and Search Specialist

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Talent Acquisition and Search Specialist at Etteplan, you will be a key player in their Talent Acquisition team. Your primary focus will be on searching and recruiting engineers in areas such as mechanics, electronics, calculations, project management, software, embedded systems, facility documentation, product information, etc. You will map candidates, build relationships, and actively seek out talents to ensure that the company attracts the best candidates. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues across Sweden, as well as with their global TA team. The role offers great independence and the opportunity to influence their recruitment strategies, including employer branding and diversity initiatives.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has a relevant academic background.
  • Has at least a couple of years of experience in qualified recruitment and search.
  • Is familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter and boolean search.
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish and English.
  • Enjoys working both independently and in teams.
  • Has experience in recruiting within engineering fields.

It is advantageous if you have

  • Experience working with generative AI.
  • Previously worked at a technology consulting company.
