JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now looking for someone with experience in schedule planning, administration, and coordination for a position as a planner in the Resource Unit for children and youth within the administration for support for people with disabilities. Are you service-oriented, structured, skilled in collaboration, and enjoy planning/staffing and administrative tasks such as absence management? Then you might be the one we are looking for!
Within the area of children and youth, support assistants and support educators primarily work to support individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. As a planner, you will be responsible for staffing planning, coordination, and also absence management for all our operations in the children and youth area. You will work operationally and handle daily coordination and all entries in TimeCare, as well as absence management. Daily work requires you to be skilled in collaboration with colleagues, managers, and other stakeholders. You also need to be adept at leading yourself.
The work involves controlling, quality assuring, and finalizing the operations' schedules based on the budget. The work requires analysis and careful consideration to find a good balance between financial frameworks and sustainable schedules. You have a central and important role with high availability and work closely with the staffing unit, employees, and unit managers. Working within support for people with disabilities is characterized by significant influence and participation.

QUALIFICATIONS
For this position, we are looking for someone who has a high school education with a focus on administration, personnel, payroll, or another education/qualification that the employer deems equivalent.
It is a requirement that you have previous work experience in coordination, planning, and administration, as well as experience in similar tasks (as a planner with administrative tasks) for at least 6 months. We view previous experience in working within support for people with disabilities as a positive. Good computer skills and experience working in Time Care planning and Time Care Pool are required for the job.
For the role, you need to convey information and ideas clearly both verbally and in writing. You ensure that your message gets through. You adapt your communication according to the recipient, target group, and situation. Therefore, you need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.
If you do not meet the qualification requirements in Swedish 1 or Swedish as a second language 1, you may be offered to take a language test through the test user Educateit.
At the same time, you are attentive in your approach. You are positive, find solutions, and want to help. You understand what those we are here for need and ensure they are satisfied.
