Are you results-oriented, accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment, and capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously? Then you are the one we are looking for.
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual who wants to match our participants with work or education within the Employment Agency's service 'Rusta och matcha 2'.
The role of Job Coach requires structured and careful administrative work, the ability to meet people with diverse needs, and the ability to match them with sustainable work or education in the shortest possible time.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is results-oriented and enjoys working towards high-quality standards.
- Is self-driven and computer literate.
- Can plan support and activities for each participant during their time in the service.
- Is meticulous and structured in following up on the participant's development and ensuring they receive the right support to achieve their goals.
- Masters the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.
- Has good knowledge of English.
- Has excellent skills in using computer-based word processing and presentation software, email, and the internet.
- Is an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Is self-driven, initiative-taking, and solution-oriented.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work both independently and in a team.
- Has a positive and coaching attitude and sees the strength in people's differences.
- Is creative and can think outside the box to create successful matches.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive network of business contacts and build long-term relationships to create more opportunities for our participants.
- Map and understand job seekers' profiles and strengths, especially those who are far from the labor market.
- Plan and conduct workshops, individual conversations, and company visits to support participants in their job search.
- Be a coach who motivates and provides job seekers with tools and methods to reach their goals.
- Actively work on matching to find the best and fastest route to jobs or education.

Competency Requirements
Option 1
You have at least 120 higher education credits (80 credits according to the previous system) or equivalent credits from a vocational college.
You have at least two years of work experience equivalent to full-time.
Option 2
You have one year of post-secondary education.
You have at least three years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one of the following areas:
- Management with personnel responsibility
- Recruitment
- Transition work for job seekers
- Career and educational guidance
- Handling personnel matters (not just personnel administration)
- Work with labor market and employment issues
- Work with social and group psychology
- Career counseling
Employment Conditions:
The position is 75%, with working hours Mon-Fri. No remote work
The position is distributed between the Employment Center's offices in both Trollhättan and Uddevalla.
Immediate start.
Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.
Salary according to collective agreement, individual salary setting.
