We are now looking for Norwegian and Danish-speaking customer service representatives for our client in Trollhättan, operating in the health and beauty industry, where you will have the chance to work throughout the summer period.
About the position
We are looking for Norwegian or Danish-speaking customer service representatives for an exciting and innovative employer in Trollhättan, active in beauty and health. At the modern office in Trollhättan, you will become part of an engaged team handling customer service for the Norwegian market. The department also includes Swedish and Danish colleagues, as well as other departments, all working to provide customers with the best experience. Your role will involve being the first point of contact for customers and answering questions about the company's popular brands, always with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, with scheduled hours Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 16:30. The assignment runs from April/May to September, with the possibility to start part-time and transition to full-time during the summer months.
In summary, the role involves:
- Handling incoming calls and emails
- Providing product information and advice to customers
- Informing about and managing different payment options
- Following up on customers' experiences with the products
- Providing tailored recommendations with a focus on upselling
We are looking for someone who:
- Has good language skills in Norwegian or Danish and English, both spoken and written.
- Is collaborative and networking. You enjoy working in teams and find it easy to build relationships, both within and outside your own department. You see the value in collaborating to achieve common goals and are a skilled communicator who can create a positive work climate.
- Is service-oriented and communicative. You have a natural ability to listen and understand customers' needs and can communicate solutions in a clear and engaging manner. Your customer interaction is characterized by professionalism and a genuine desire to help.
If you have previous experience in the service/sales industry, this is considered a strong merit. If you speak more languages than Norwegian and English, this is also a merit.
To succeed in this role, we believe you are a person who describes yourself as solution-oriented and stress-resistant. In this role, you will handle a large number of customer cases every day. You remain calm even in pressured situations and have the ability to quickly find solutions to problems that arise. That said, we also believe you are structured and self-driven. You have the ability to organize your work and prioritize among different tasks to ensure that customers receive fast and accurate service. You can work independently and take initiative when needed to improve processes and workflows. If you master more languages than Norwegian and English, this is considered a merit.

About the employment:
The position is a consulting assignment via OIO.
