Inhouse Sales Agent - Waterfront Cabins, Gothenburg

We are now looking for a driven and service-oriented inside sales agent for our booking at Waterfront Cabins in central Gothenburg, located right next to the canal.

We offer approximately 900 fully equipped studios in smart compact living, providing our guests with a comfortable and affordable stay. Through our accommodation sales, we strive to meet each guest's needs and offer a flexible and high-quality lodging experience.

Main Responsibilities

You will be our face to both corporate clients and private individuals. In your role, you will handle proactive sales, respond to booking inquiries via phone and email, and be responsible for a smooth and efficient booking process from start to finish for all our destinations. Your position is crucial in ensuring that our guests receive the best possible service, and your main focus is always to optimize occupancy.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passionate interest in delivering exceptional service and a strong drive to create business
• Is used to handling incoming inquiries in a structured and efficient manner
• Has good language skills in both Swedish and English
• Has experience working with both phone and computer
• Has experience with booking systems
• Can work both days, evenings, and weekends

To succeed in the role of inside sales agent, it is important to have a passion for service, a strong business drive, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Employment

Temporary full-time employment at 100% to cover for a sick leave. Start immediately and expected to last six months with the possibility of extension. Individual salary setting applies based on HRF collective agreement, which is based on experience.
