What does the role offer?
As a salesperson at Café Bar, you will work with the entire sales cycle, which can sometimes be longer and sometimes shorter. The role requires your patience and perseverance, as important as your passion for coffee. Here, it’s not about closing deals quickly – it’s about building trust and creating long-term relationships where the results come with those who work for Café Bar's customers.
An important part of the role is network sales. Café Bar believes in the power of relationships and that good business often starts with a good conversation – in an association, at an event, or through a mutual contact. You use your network as a door opener to new opportunities and work with references and recommendations to create value for more.
You will:
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and showing that Café Bar can truly deliver value – not just now, but for a long time to come.
- Nurture and develop existing customers and actively seek new ones with patience and a creative approach that makes the customer feel seen and understood.
- Work long-term with each deal and create the best solution for the customer, where you, with the help of Café Bar's fantastic coffee range, modern coffee solutions, and smart digital tools, make them feel like part of Café Bar's coffee family.
- Engage in dialogues and build trust over time, where small steps and smart ideas lead to larger deals. It requires a pinch of creativity and a long-term strategy to hook the customer – and when it happens, the reward is even greater.
You will have the space to think freely and take your own initiatives, while also having support from your team, well-developed sales processes, digital tools, and Café Bar's central functions to create success in every sales process.

- ?? Do you thrive in the field? Here you create customer relationships and have fun at the same time. Sales experience is a big plus. Perhaps you contribute to Café Bar with experience from another industry and new perspectives.

- ?? Curious about digital tools? You see systems as a support to keep track of all details – even when you are on the go. You know how to use smart tools to streamline your work and keep everything organized, whether you are in the office or out with a customer.
