ABOUT THE POSITION:As a Technical Field Sales Representative with our client, you will have the opportunity to build a career as a technical salesperson by, among other things, working on your sales district. You will be given the chance to grow into your role and eventually take full responsibility for your portfolio of clients. Furthermore, as a Technical Field Sales Representative, you will also be able to structure your tasks and days independently, which is why we believe you are self-driven and confident. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to engage with both new and returning customers, as well as conduct meetings over the phone and in person at the client's location. The role involves travel, including day trips and sometimes overnight stays.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:- Has a relevant completed education in sales at YH/Higher Education level or equivalent through work experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in field sales within B2B in a technical company.
- Is driven by building relationships and has a passion for sales.
- Has a valid driver's license (B).
- Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English, as both languages are used internally and externally in daily work.
In addition, great importance will be placed on personal suitability, where we see that you as a candidate are an unpretentious and positive team player who is happy to share knowledge and experiences with your team. Furthermore, we also believe that you are a natural relationship builder who instills confidence and acts professionally. We also believe that you are driven by sales and see opportunities. You are also expected to document your work, which requires good structure.
ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENTThis is a consulting assignment, which means that for the first 6-12 months you will be employed by Friday. The ambition is that you will then be directly employed by the client.
