RESPONSIBILITIES

The Department of Children & Education in Tibro municipality is responsible for preschool, primary school, adapted primary school, IM, labor market unit, commissioned education within adult education, and the integration unit.

As an organizational developer, you play a key role in our efforts to develop and improve operations. You will participate in the management team of the department together with operational managers and the administrative manager, and you will report to the school principal.

In your role, you will, among other things:

• be a resource in departmental and municipality-wide development projects
• investigate and present matters to the board on behalf of the school principal
• contribute with data for financial statements and budget work
• support and coordinate ongoing development processes
• coordinate and plan the department's development projects
• be a resource in digitalization projects within the department and municipality
• produce statistics and analyses for our quality work
• conduct environmental monitoring regarding new legislation and research and be a resource in implementing these
• represent the department in internal and external municipal networks

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• A pedagogical university degree or other education that the employer deems equivalent
• Gained good knowledge and understanding in the field of education through work and can translate laws and regulations into practical operations
• Experience in organizational development, investigative work, or strategic analysis within public operations.
• Good ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
• Ability to communicate clearly and pedagogically, both in writing and verbally.
• Experience in leading and coordinating processes in a larger organization.
• Good IT skills and experience with digital tools for quality work and follow-up.
• Sees digital tools as natural and has an interest in how AI can be part of both your own work methods and in operations.
