Recruitment Administrator Wanted at StudentConsulting

We are now looking for a student who wants to work internally with us, assisting with staffing and our recruitment process. Your role as a recruitment administrator will vary depending on needs, and we appreciate your flexibility regarding work hours and tasks.

To apply for the position, you must be a student at least 50% of the time, and we prefer that you are studying in a field related to economics, human resources, behavioral science, marketing, or a similar program at a college or university.

We have a long-term need for this position and prefer that you have at least one year of studies left. The position will be filled as soon as the right candidate is found.

Working hours are flexible and can be scheduled between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday. You will work as needed, and the degree of employment will vary. However, we require that you can work an average of about 10 hours per week and a lot during the summer of 2025.

Examples of tasks include taking references, reviewing selections, conducting phone interviews, personal interviews, scheduling, etc.

You have good computer skills and are proficient in English, both spoken and written. Since travel may be involved in the job, a driver's license (B) is required.
