About the Position

Our client, a well-known, global, and successful company in the automotive industry with headquarters in Gothenburg, is currently looking for a Finnish-speaking talent for their customer support. You will be employed by Recruitive but work at our client's fresh, open, and pleasant offices on the outskirts of Gothenburg. What Does the Job as a Customer Service Representative Entail?

In this role, you will primarily guide customers in a service-oriented and professional manner via phone and handle incoming calls and emails. The job also includes administering and managing cases. You will be part of a team of about 50 fantastic employees and belong to the customer support department. The position is full-time with varying working hours as customer service is open between 07:00 and 23:00, Monday to Sunday. To get started properly, the work begins with an introductory training.

Are you the right person for the job?

We are looking for another Finnish-speaking, communicative, and attentive colleague. This position is suitable for you if you find it exciting to work with administration, customer calls, and service. You have a talent for talking to different types of people and a genuine desire to do a good job. Furthermore, we would like you to have experience in customer support, service work, and working over the phone.

We are looking for someone who:

Expresses themselves well in spoken and written Finnish, Swedish, and English
Has experience in customer service
Has good computer skills
