We Need a New Salesperson!

Are you passionate about retail? Do you thrive on the challenges found in a department store? Then you are the person we need for our team.

We are now looking for summer staff who can work when our regular staff is on vacation. The position is 15% (approximately 6 hours/week, with the possibility of extra hours) and you will work on a varied schedule during store opening hours: Mon-Fri 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM and Sat-Sun 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. During product deliveries, work starts at 6:00 AM, which may also be applicable in this role. The work will primarily take place from June 1 to August 31, with the possibility of extension after summer. It would be great if you want to help develop Rusta together with us!

Your Role as a Salesperson

Working in a Rusta store is fast-paced, varied, and fun. No day is the same! You will work with and take responsibility for different types of tasks each day; from cash register work and customer interaction to restocking and restructuring the store's departments.

Your Responsibilities as a Salesperson:

• Always prioritize customer and sales focus as the first priority and contribute to achieving and exceeding the store's sales and profitability goals.
• Work efficiently with cash register tasks, store exposure, pricing, inventory management, and restocking (including inventories).
• Maintain order and cleanliness.
