We need a new salesperson!

Are you passionate about retail? Do you thrive on the challenges found in a department store? Then you are the person we need for our team.

We are now looking for summer staff who can work when our regular employees are on vacation. The position is 15% (approximately 6 hours/week, with the possibility of extra hours) and you will work on a varied schedule during the store's opening hours: Mon-Fri 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM and Sat-Sun 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. During product deliveries, work starts at 6:00 AM, which may also be relevant for this role. The work will mainly take place from June 1 to August 31, with a chance for extension after summer. It would be great if you want to help develop Rusta together with us!

Your role as a salesperson

Working in a Rusta store is fast-paced, varied, and fun. No day is the same! You will work with and take responsibility for different types of tasks every day; from cashier work and customer interaction to restocking and restructuring the store's departments.

Your responsibilities as a salesperson:

• to always prioritize customer and sales focus as the first priority and contribute to achieving and exceeding the store's sales and profitability goals.
• to work efficiently with cashier duties, store displays, pricing, inventory management, and restocking (including inventory counts).
• to maintain order and cleanliness.
