We need a new salesperson!

We are now looking for summer staff who can work when our regular employees are on vacation. The position is 15% (approximately 6 hours/week, with the possibility of extra hours) and you will work on a varied schedule during the store's opening hours: Mon-Fri 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM and Sat-Sun 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. During product deliveries, work starts at 6:00 AM, which may also be relevant for this role. The work will mainly take place during the period from June 1 to August 31, with a chance of extension after the summer. It would be great if you want to help develop Rusta together with us!

Your role as a salesperson

Working in a Rusta store is fast-paced, varied, and fun. No day is the same! You will work with and take responsibility for different types of tasks every day; from cashier work and customer service to restocking and restructuring the store's departments.

Your responsibilities as a salesperson:

• to always prioritize customer and sales focus as the first priority and to contribute to achieving and exceeding the store's sales and profitability goals.
• to work efficiently with cashier tasks, store exposure, pricing, inventory management, and restocking (including inventories).
• to maintain order and cleanliness.
