We are looking for someone with sharp digital skills, strong project management abilities, and a creative eye. In this key role, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop marketing activities that truly make a difference – both for our visitors and our stores.

The Role – Where Ideas Become Reality

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing Allum's marketing and communication strategy in close collaboration with our Center Manager, central marketing department, and your colleagues in the center's management team. You will drive campaigns, plan events, and create content that puts Allum on the map – and in the hearts of our over 5 million annual visitors.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and develop marketing and communication strategies
• Develop and lead campaigns, newsletters, activities, and events
• Set, follow up, and report on the marketing budget
• Create and manage agreements with partners
• Be responsible for content and presence on social media
• Lead collaborations with external agencies in digital and creative production

Who Are You?

We are looking for a driven and organized marketer with a sense for both the big picture and details. You enjoy taking initiative, challenging the status quo, and driving projects to completion – always with the visitor in focus.

We Believe You Have:

• Relevant experience in marketing and project management, preferably from retail or events
• A good understanding of digital channels and how to create communication that drives results
• A habit of working both strategically and operationally – you thrive on rolling up your sleeves
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Your educational background is not crucial – what matters most is that you are structured, commercially minded, and love seeing ideas come to life.
