We need a new seller!

We are now looking for summer staff who can work when our regular staff is on vacation. The position is 15% (about 6h/week, with the possibility of extra hours) and you will work on a varied schedule during the store's opening hours: Mon-Fri 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM and Sat-Sun 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. During product deliveries, work starts at 6:00 AM, which may also be relevant for this role. The work will primarily take place during the period of June 1 - August 31, with a chance for extension after summer. It would be great if you want to help develop Rusta together with us!

Your role as a seller

Working in a Rusta department store is fast-paced, varied, and fun. No day is the same! You will work with and take responsibility for different types of tasks every day; from cashier work and customer interaction to restocking and restructuring the store's departments.

Your responsibilities as a seller:

• to always prioritize customer and sales focus as the first priority and to contribute to achieving and exceeding the store's sales and profitability goals.
• to work efficiently with cashier work, store exposure, pricing, inventory management, and restocking (including inventories).
• to maintain order and cleanliness.
