About the position

As a meeting scheduler with us, you will be a key person in our sales team. Your main task is to contact potential customers and schedule meetings for our salespeople. With your energy and ability to build trust, you will help us build long-term customer relationships.

• Contact Norwegian-speaking companies and schedule meetings for our salespeople.
• Map and identify potential customer needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of calls and results in our CRM system.
• Work towards clear goals and contribute to the team's success.

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks and writes fluent Norwegian and has good knowledge of English or Swedish.
• Has experience in sales, meeting scheduling, or customer contact (preferable but not required).
• Is driven, positive, and enjoys working towards set goals.
• Is structured and skilled at building relationships over the phone.
