Sales Associate Wanted for MQ in Strömstad

We are now looking for sales associates who want to work extra in our staffing pool for MQ in Strömstad. As a Polare, you are employed as a consultant with us at Retail Staffing and work on behalf of our clients' stores. You work in one of the retail chains and rotate between the chain's various stores as needed. You can quickly and easily book yourself via our app for the shifts that suit you and your schedule. It is a plus if you can also work in the Uddevalla or Gothenburg area.

As a sales associate, you are outgoing and actively engage in customer meetings while being available for the specific needs of different customers. You take personal responsibility and work in a team with your colleagues in the store to achieve your set goals.

Experience/Qualifications

• It is a requirement that you have another primary occupation for at least one year ahead. This can be in the form of studies of at least 50%, part-time work of at least 50% (temporary or hourly employment does not count), or you are self-employed with active F-tax.
• You have previously worked as a sales associate with personal sales in retail.
• It is a requirement that you can work at least 2 shifts on weekdays during the day per week; in addition, there is also the opportunity to work weekends and evenings.
• You can work irregular hours and can step in at short notice.
• You have completed high school education.
• You have good language skills in Swedish and English.
