Badeko AB is now looking for a merchandiser with regional manager responsibilities within the grocery retail sector.

With us, you will have the opportunity to work in an expansive and development-oriented business. We are looking for someone who wants to be involved, take responsibility, and start a new unit of merchandisers in Gothenburg. You will begin by assembling your own team and leading them from day one. As a merchandiser on the floor, you set a standard every day for how the work is done, and as an active regional manager, you have the overall responsibility for ensuring that your team completes their tasks every day. Your role includes driving, planning, evaluating, and developing your area of operations.

You will report to the CEO.

We are looking for someone who actively manages the business with high service towards set goals. Customer contact is crucial both with customers and in the stores.

Your tasks include:

The work as a Merchandiser means being an ambassador for the brands we represent. Restocking products in-store and placing orders.

The position includes personnel responsibility, including employee and salary discussions.

Operational responsibility with follow-up, evaluation, and ongoing development of the business.

Compiling statistics regarding the operations.

We are looking for someone who has:

Energy and a head for numbers.

A strong service mindset.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language and the ability to communicate effectively in both speech and writing.

Previous management or leadership experience.

Good knowledge of working in the grocery retail sector.

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work together for a good work environment where employees' skills and resources are utilized.

Is proactive, open to change, and flexible.

A clear leader who can inspire and build trust with employees, which requires a high level of engagement.
