The position is a fixed-term full-time employment until December 2025. We would like you to start as soon as possible, preferably at the beginning of April. There is an opportunity for vacation by agreement during June or the end of August, but not during weeks 28-32.

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities include handling supplier invoices for HSB Gothenburg and our customers. The tasks involve coding and ongoing administration of the accounts payable. The position also includes managing accounts receivable in the form of invoicing and recording payments.

You will also handle cases in the case management system and respond to customer inquiries.

The responsibilities may expand further over time to include parts of other usual tasks within accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Qualifications

You have at least a post-secondary education in economics and experience with the tasks mentioned above. We believe you have worked for a few years in an accounting department and are therefore used to working in different accounting systems. We work in Vic.ai and UERP (formerly Agresso). If you have experience with these systems, it is a plus. We see proficiency in the Office suite as a given.

The work requires that you have a good numerical sense and are quality-conscious.
