The administration of primary schools belongs to the sector for education, culture, and leisure. The unit is responsible for handling processes for primary school operations and developing an efficient and legally secure administration and authority exercise.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Primarily, you will work with the processing of school transport applications, which includes receiving applications, investigating, and communicating decisions to applicants.

Your ongoing work will include planning school transport routes and collaborating with schools and contractors.

We are now looking for a school transport administrator who will work with the processing from application and investigation to communicating decisions to applicants. You will have support in your work with traffic assessments from a traffic engineer in the municipality's traffic unit.

In your role, you will have administrative tasks in several operational systems within your various processes.

The assignment requires a service-oriented approach within the framework of authority exercise, as the role involves a lot of contact with guardians.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have the competence and experience that the employer deems appropriate. It is meritorious if you have previous experience in processing within the education and transport sectors. You are responsible and work in a structured manner. You have the ability to independently plan, organize, and prioritize your tasks. You have good collaboration skills and provide a good reception. You are clear in your communication and can present complex issues in a simple way. The work requires good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. In the recruitment process, we will place great emphasis on personal suitability. A B driver's license is a requirement.

To obtain employment, a certificate from the Police's criminal record must be presented.
