Description

We are currently looking for a medical secretary for the administration of ophthalmology/ENT/jaw surgery and speech therapy.

The administrative unit consists of about 30 employees. The administration in VO5 actively works to strengthen collaboration between the clinics within the area of operations.

In the unit, we focus on business development and strengthening the administrative unit. Therefore, we value your commitment and knowledge. In return, you will have a great opportunity to influence our future development!

Responsibilities

With us, you will have a versatile and developing role. You will work with medical documentation, mail and referral management, cases in 1177, and registrations in patient administrative systems. In addition, you will be responsible for meeting invitations and writing meeting minutes, managing governing documents, and providing support to management. The role also includes a certain IT responsibility.

Currently, there is work underway within the administration to prepare for the future and the transformation of healthcare, including reviewing how we can work resource-efficiently and exchange competencies. There are also plans to develop a booking team, so we hope that you, as an applicant, have an interest in being part of this development.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a KY or YH education as a medical secretary or equivalent. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language and medical terminology.

Since the tasks are varied, we prefer that you are meticulous, structured, and capable of finding solutions to challenges. You are flexible and thrive in collaboration. Innovative thinking and creativity are qualities we value, as well as a positive attitude towards change. We also welcome experienced users of various systems such as Elvis, Melior, and Orbit, but we are of course also interested in newly graduated medical secretaries. What is important to us is that you have drive and commitment!

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
