About the Position

At Middlepoint, we are looking for a receptionist for an innovative IT company in Gothenburg. Here, you will be a valued key person in the daily operations of the office and a central point of contact for both employees and visitors. In a dynamic and modern environment, you will work independently but in close collaboration with colleagues on-site and at other offices in Sweden to ensure a welcoming and professional service experience.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming employees and customers
  • Diverse administrative tasks
  • Phone and email communication
  • Bookings and orders
  • Receiving mail and packages
  • Other office-related tasks

Requirements for the Position

  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
  • Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Completed high school education

About Employment Employment: Permanent with a six-month probationary period, you will be employed by us and work at our client's location in Gothenburg. Start: Immediately Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 15:00. The role is part-time (60%)
