Ventab in Gothenburg AB is looking for a KMA Manager/Project Engineer. Ventab provides contracting and service in ventilation installation and is the leading ventilation company in Western Sweden. We have a turnover of approximately 250 million SEK and employ about 70 people. Ventab was one of the founders of Currentum, a market-leading installation group of actors in plumbing, sprinkler, ventilation, property automation, electricity, energy, and security systems. Today, Currentum has an annual turnover of nearly 7 billion SEK and over 2000 employees.

About the position

In the role of KMA Manager/Project Engineer with us, you will have a central role in leading our improvement work forward. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and driving the KMA system in accordance with certification regulations.

The tasks include, among other things:

• Follow up and provide specialist support in KMA work with the production organization.
• Develop and update policies, routines, and action plans within KMA.
• Coordinate and follow up the company's work with risk analyses and safety rounds.
• Represent the company in KMA matters during sales and implementation of projects.
• Lead or participate in groups working towards overarching KMA goals.
• Conduct training and inform staff about KMA issues.
• Be responsible for and update the training register and guide in training matters.
• Be responsible for ID06 management.
• Establish DU instructions.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has a strong drive in their work and thrives in environments with varying tasks. You have the ability to build relationships both externally and internally. You work in a structured manner and can adapt your working methods based on the project's needs.

In addition, we also see that you have the following:

• Relevant education in environmental, quality, and occupational health is desirable, but we can offer training to the right person.
• Experience in KMA work, KMA systems, and certifications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Good Swedish in speech and writing.
• Driving license B.
