About the Position

Jefferson Wells is now looking for an accountant for our client, a global and well-known automotive company. The position is located at the client's office in Torslanda.

Your Responsibilities

In collaboration with a colleague, you will be responsible for the accounting and reporting for one of the company's sales companies. Your tasks include preparing and executing various accounting services, contributing to a range of different projects, and financial reporting.

You will play an active role in improving and standardizing existing processes. In this role, you will collaborate with the Global Accounting Centre in Madrid, local contacts, stakeholders at headquarters, auditors, and tax advisors. During month-end closing, you will take a leading role to ensure high-quality reporting in the area.

Your Qualities

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong drive for change, be comfortable with complex accounting issues, and have an analytical mindset. Furthermore, you are meticulous and detail-oriented while maintaining a holistic perspective. You have high integrity and a positive attitude, are flexible, and possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP R/3 and Hyperion FM
• Strong understanding of financial processes and systems, with the ability to implement and drive them effectively.
• Documented experience working in a large international manufacturing company.
• Interest in data analysis, automation, and digitalization
• Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience in data analysis, automation, and digitalization
• Previous participation in process improvement projects
• Good knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards (GAAP)
• Experience working in a shared service center environment

Scope and Start Date

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2025-10-31. Start as soon as possible.
