Store Portfolio Specialist

Do you have previous work experience in leasing, financial controlling, and accounting? Are you a business-oriented person with a strong analytical mindset? We are looking for a Store Portfolio Specialist for our head office located in Gothenburg!

Your role in our team.

You are part of Retail Development, the team that manages and drives Lindex store portfolio. The Store Portfolio Specialist is responsible for analyzing and administrating the company’s retail store portfolio. This role involves evaluating store performance and providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. You work closely with colleagues from leasing, store project, retail experience, and business analyst teams, including local teams in the country organizations, to ensure that the store portfolio aligns with the company’s business objectives and growth strategy. You conduct comprehensive financial analysis of the store portfolio, including profitability, return on investment, and sales performance.

• University degree in accounting/finance or equivalent
• Previous work experience in leasing
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and analytical ability
• Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Excellent level of Excel
• Experience from Microsoft Dynamics and Tagetik
• Meritorious work experience from a company within retail or real estate
