We are now looking for a receptionist who wants to make a difference

Main Assignment

At Folktandvården Selma, Gothenburg, you will meet patients of all ages with varying care needs.

As a receptionist, your primary task is to create a welcoming atmosphere at the clinic. A good reception is an important part of your work to create safety and participation, which contributes to our focus on patient safety and quality in dental care. You will utilize all your skills while the position requires both structure, service mindset, and empathy.

Job Responsibilities

As the clinic's face to the public, you will deliver service of the highest quality. You will be responsible for customer contacts at the reception, via phone, and through the messaging service 1177. You will work in Folktandvården's journal system, the Office suite, and other administrative programs. Together with your colleagues, you will actively participate in the clinic's operations and development work.

Your duties will include, among other things:

• Managing appointments and summons
• Handling invoicing and payments
• Other administrative tasks as needed

If you are a trained dental nurse, traditional dental nursing tasks may also occur as needed.

Qualifications and Profile

• Have a completed high school education
• Have experience in receptionist work
• Master the Swedish language well and have an easy time expressing yourself in both speech and writing
• Master the English language
• Have good communication skills
• Have good knowledge of the Office suite

We see it as an advantage if you have:

• A background in dental care or healthcare
• Education in reception
• Experience working in journal systems

About the Recruitment Process

After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for interviews at the clinic. These interviews are planned for weeks 15-16.
