We are now looking for an engaged and knowledgeable HR Specialist who wants to contribute to a strong and sustainable work life by working with work environment, rehabilitation, and support for our managers. In this role, you will be a key person in our HR team and have the opportunity to work both operationally and strategically to promote health, engagement, and job satisfaction.

About the Role:

As an HR Specialist with us, you will have a special responsibility for work environment and rehabilitation issues as well as providing support to our managers in personnel-related matters. Your main tasks will include:

• Supporting managers in rehabilitation cases and work adjustments and collaborating with, for example, occupational health services and other relevant parties.
• Proactively working with work environment issues and driving improvement work to create a sustainable and safe workplace.
• Participating in and developing our systematic work environment work (SAM) together with managers and safety representatives.
• Providing managerial support in personnel matters, labor law, and the company's guidelines and policies.
• Training and coaching managers on work environment and rehabilitation issues.
• Participating in the development and follow-up of strategies and routines for work environment and health.

This role reports to the HR Manager.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Relevant academic education in HR, work environment, behavioral science, or equivalent.
• Experience working with rehabilitation and work environment issues, preferably in a role where you have supported managers in personnel-related matters.
• Knowledge of labor law, laws, and regulations related to work environment and rehabilitation.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external parties, such as occupational health services and trade unions.
• Good communication skills and a coaching approach.
• A high degree of independence and professional security.
• Experience from the manufacturing industry and familiarity with working with both blue-collar and white-collar employees is a plus.
• Comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English.
