JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for someone who wants to work in a varied, broad, and operationally close HR role. In your daily work, you will contribute to ensuring that Intraservice continues to be an attractive employer and a sustainable workplace where people thrive and develop.
The HR department consists of seven HR specialists, two HR administrators, and an HR manager. We are a great team that shares our skills and experiences, and therefore, a lack of prestige is an important factor in solving tasks together.
In the role of HR partner, you will provide support and advice to our managers and coach them in HR processes both operationally and strategically. The work and role are varied and involve many points of contact. It requires broad collaboration where you create a trusting collaborative climate with the department's managers and our trade union organizations.
The responsibility as a process leader for one or more processes means that you are essentially the department's specialist in the area and ensure the development and implementation of working methods. The areas you will work deeply in are somewhat open, but you need to be interested in and have competence in the larger areas of skills supply, work environment, and wage formation.
Conducting training and workshops for, for example, managers or at workplace meetings may be part of your role, so it is important that you have excellent communication skills and are comfortable speaking in front of a larger group. You may also work to support managers in developing groups, culture, and performance.

QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed as an HR specialist with us, you need to have broad competence in the HR field combined with a relevant academic education. You are senior in your expertise and have worked several years in HR. Experience working in a larger public sector and IT-related operations is considered an advantage.
You are well-versed in, and enjoy, the major areas of skills supply, work environment, wage formation, rehabilitation, and labor law. In the areas that become your specialties, you have the ability to lead, develop, coordinate, and follow up. In addition to the areas mentioned, you also need experience in negotiations and collaboration with trade union parties, and if you have experience in job evaluation, it is an advantage.
You enjoy supporting change management and take the initiative to ensure further development of the HR area. You have a good ability to analyze and delve into issues where your expertise is requested. You are motivated by development and have the courage to question and challenge current working methods with the aim of streamlining and driving the business forward. You are communicative and use this ability in everything you do, both verbally and in writing. You can independently plan and execute your tasks and are confident in your professional role.
