Tech Recruiter for Leading Company in the Automotive Industry

About the Position
As a tech recruiter, you will contribute expertise in talent acquisition, including recruitment marketing, candidate attraction and selection, recruitment techniques, assessments, and university relations. You will work across multiple areas of recruitment and staffing, with your main responsibilities including:
- Talent evaluation and screening – reviewing CVs, conducting interviews, reference checks, etc.
- Job advertising and publishing – creating and publishing job ads on various platforms.
- Talent sourcing – participating in job fairs, campus recruitment, and building networks to attract the right talent.
- Workforce planning – anticipating future recruitment needs, aligning recruitment strategies with long-term business plans, and analyzing market trends.
This is a consulting assignment with placement at our client, a leading company in the automotive industry. The position is full-time with placement in Gothenburg. The start date for this position is immediate.
About You
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a relevant education. You are results-oriented and passionate about matching the right candidate with the right role. Your commitment, drive, and strong communication skills enable you to build strong relationships and move others forward.
As a recruiter, you work in a dynamic environment where you need to prioritize and manage multiple processes simultaneously. We also believe that you have high personal integrity, a business-focused mindset, and a good ability to collaborate with both candidates and hiring managers.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in recruitment.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in tech recruitment, specifically recruiting engineers, is a plus.
- A relevant higher education is an advantage.
Selection and interviews are ongoing. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
