About the position

We are looking for someone who wants to work part-time with logistics administration and logistics planning. The position may involve various tasks related to the terminal's logistics. Examples of tasks may include administration of transports, investigation of deviations, preparation of loading lists, and planning of loadings.

You will work extra as needed. The working hours are varied, distributed on weekdays during the day/evening between 06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00. The workplace is located at DFDS Logistics Contracts in Arendal.

About you

• You enjoy administrative tasks and have good computer skills.
• You are currently studying logistics or another relevant field.
• You are meticulous and solution-oriented.
• You express yourself well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

To be considered for the position, you need to be studying or have another main occupation of at least 50%. It would be desirable if you have at least a year left of your studies.

We would like you to be able to work two days a week and full-time during the summer.

Mobile Consultant:

You are employed by us at DFDS Professionals but work out with our clients. Being a mobile consultant means being employed by us at DFDS Professionals to perform work at client companies where your workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area. Selection is ongoing, and hiring may occur before the application deadline.
