Finance Assistant at Pumpteknik

We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous finance assistant to Pumpteknik! Here you will have the opportunity to work broadly and develop in several different areas together with a wonderful team.

The position is full-time based in Sisjön, but on a weekly basis you will also work from a sister company's office in Mölndal.

About the Position

As a finance assistant, you will have a broad role with a variety of tasks within finance and administration. You will work closely with the finance manager and have several points of contact within the organization. The role offers both variety and opportunities for development, and your tasks include, among others:

• Registration of supplier invoices, payments, and follow-up on discrepancies
• Invoicing, reminder management, and onboarding new customers
• Bank reconciliation
• Participation in monthly closings
• Administration of contracts, leasing, and expenses
• Participate in the development of processes, routines, and working methods

Suitable Background

For this position, we are looking for someone with relevant education and a couple of years of experience in broad financial work. You have a good understanding of the whole picture in a finance department and are confident in your skills. You do not need to know everything from the start, but a willingness to grow and take on more responsibility over time is important for success. A requirement for the position is proficiency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and it is advantageous if you have experience working in Visma.
