Payment Team Associate

Zinzino is a global direct sales company from Scandinavia specializing in test-based, personalized nutrition and scientific skincare. The company headquarters is in Gothenburg, Sweden with additional offices in Europe, Asia, the US, and Australia.

Zinzino is currently seeking an Associate to join the Payment Team in our Finance Department. As a Payment Team Associate, you will be a highly organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented individual with solid expertise in data analysis, invoicing, and various banking operations.

Responsibilities:

As part of our Payment Team, your duties will include:

  • Commission Payments: Administering commission payments based on sales performance and commission structures to our Sales Partners globally.
  • Refunds and Chargebacks: Managing refunds and processing chargebacks.
  • Incoming Payments: Handling incoming payments across all markets.
  • Analysis and Validation: Analyzing and validating commission payments and accounts payable.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with the Support and Accounting Teams to manage internal emails and resolve payment-related cases.
  • Reporting: Preparing monthly commission reports for external offices and the Accounting Team.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed, including filing, organizing paperwork, and managing electronic documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing payment operations, accounting, or similar roles is highly desirable.
  • In-depth understanding of commission structures and calculations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and accounting software and/or various business systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

  • Full-time position, Start as soon as possible by agreement.
  • Place: Head office in Gothenburg, Sweden
