About the position

At Perido, we are currently seeking an administrator for our client, a prominent educational institution located in central Gothenburg. You will work from the office with the option for remote work one day a week.

Your responsibilities

Working as an administrator means a varied role with a focus on service and structure. The main tasks include providing basic technical support during presentations and virtual meetings, educational and research administration, as well as personnel administration in collaboration with HR.

Additionally, you will be responsible for booking travel and accommodation, catering for meetings and conferences, purchasing office supplies, archiving in a filing system, and managing access rights.

To thrive in this role, you should be positive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused with the ability to create clear routines and work efficiently without compromising service. Flexibility and the ability to prioritize are crucial, as the work involves daily adjustments and movement between different workplaces. Qualifications:

• Experience working in administrative systems such as Ladok Primula, Proceedo, and MS Office
• Experience working with technical equipment at the user level, as well as managing administration, planning, and execution of meetings and conferences
• Ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2026-08-31. Start date 2025-05-05.
