We are now looking for an administrator who, with joy and positivity, wants to work in a team where service spirit and teamwork are at the center. The role includes customer service, invoicing, and administrative tasks. We work with coffee machines and vending in various formats.

About the role

We are now seeking an administrator who can help us take our daily operations to the next level. The tasks vary throughout the day, and you will do everything from serving our customers in the call center to supporting the business with various administrative tasks such as invoicing, compiling reports, etc. You will work closely with operations, and the unit manager is located in the same office. As a person, you are used to structuring your work, enjoy talking to customers and colleagues, and are solution-oriented. You are comfortable reaching out and working proactively to resolve various questions and concerns. You have no problem speaking on the phone and using various IT systems. Order and tidiness are a given for you, and you understand the importance of being flexible and prioritizing different tasks. It is an extra merit if you are familiar with the business system Winserv. The position is based at our operation in Torslanda.

Who are you?

• You have relevant education and/or at least 3 years of experience in the industry
• You have previous work experience in administration, preferably in a global company
• You interact effectively at all levels and across all functions both within the company and externally
• You have the ability to plan and structure work effectively while maintaining a high level of service and quality in what you deliver
• You think from a customer-guest perspective to deliver solutions that create a win-win effect and are also meaningful from a commercial perspective
• You enjoy planning and structuring your work to make it efficient
• You are business and results-oriented
• You speak and write Swedish fluently; English is our business language and that of many of our customers
• You have strong skills in Office365
• You preferably have a B driver's license, but it is not a requirement
