Would you like to be our new colleague responsible for supporting operations in production planning with scheduling and staffing?

Each coordinator has primary responsibility for their area but can substitute and cover for each other when needed and work together for the whole.

Responsibilities

In the role of coordinator, you will be responsible for administering our scheduling system Time Care Planning within your area. You will have close dialogue with managers/employees and, based on the needs of the operations, finalize the schedule (correcting differences) with consideration to applicable laws, agreements, and the financial situation of the operations. The role also includes following up and evaluating the staffing process together with the manager/staffing controller, reviewing staffing needs and the schedule to develop the work around planning and scheduling. You will also support employees in scheduling and reporting deviations in the personnel system Personec.

You will be responsible for recruitment during short-term absences and managing substitute bookings via Time Care Pool. As a short-term recruiter, you will work with several aspects involved in planning and administering hourly substitutes.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in similar tasks related to planning and staffing.
• Interest in staffing economics and knowledge of working time regulations, occupational safety issues, and labor law are prerequisites for succeeding in the role.
• High school diploma.

Experience with system tools such as Personec, Time Care Pool, and Time Care Planning is an advantage. KY/YH education in personnel and payroll administration is also an advantage, equivalent to post-secondary education deemed equivalent by the employer.

In this position, you will work 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday. A flexible agreement is available.
